Total Drama Island

A show I watched as a child was the animated series "Total Drama Island", originally a Canadian series, which aired on Cartoon Network, where I knew it. The first season of the series Total Drama and has 27 episodes, each 22 minutes long with a special 44 minute episode at the end. Originally it was 1 season, with time I don't really know how much it was extended.

Drama Island is a series consisting of a competition involving twenty-two teenagers at Camp Wawanakwa, on a fictional island located in an unspecified location in Muskoka, Ontario. It was like a reality show but animated and with fictional characters.

I enjoyed the show as the plot was quite entertaining, the series was about campers participating in competitions organized by the show. To avoid being eliminated through votes from their peers. At the end of the series, the winning contestant will win 100,000 Canadian dollars, or about 60 million Chilean dollars. The contest is organized by Chris McLean, who is assisted by the camp cook, Chef Hatchet.

At first the campers were divided into two groups of eleven members, the "Screaming Moles" and the "Killer Catfish". The teams participated in a challenge, in which they must win to achieve immunity. The winning team keeps its members and the loser goes to the campfire at night.

In the middle of the season the teams disbanded and the winner of each challenge receives immunity for themselves, the participant with the most votes is eliminated. This process of elimination continued until five players remained on the island.
